SUMMER READING PROGRAM

The library implements the Texas State Library and Archives Commissions Summer Reading Program with new themes every year.

Programs for Adults

In addition to occasional special public programs the library itself sponsors relating to topics of local interest (past programs have ranged from archaeology to digital photography to rainwater harvesting), it also hosts a variety of meetings, events and activities sponsored by other community groups.

All of these activities are free, and the public is most welcome. Currently, group meetings held regularly at the library include the following:

Medina Astronomy Club – Last Thursday, 7:00 PM

Medina Book Club – 2nd Tuesday 2:00 PM

Medina Quilters – 3rd Friday 10 am

Beginning Yoga- every Tuesday 9:00-9:45 am. Please bring your mat
